Meets first Tuesday of every month at the South Charleston, WV Public Library.  Starts @ 7PM.  Dues are $12 for the year.  Meeting consists of a general business meeting followed by an auction.  Door prizes and 50/50 raffle drawing are held at the end of the meeting.  All collectors are welcome!
