Meeting General Agenda:

1. 6pm - everyone arrives
2. display any auction items on activity table
3. buy tickets for displayed raffle item(s)
4. show'n'tell and topic discussions
5. 6:45pm - meeting opens with Treasurer's Report
   • prior month's income and expenditures
   • club's current financial balance(s)
6. scheduled presentation(s)
7. 7:30 typically - pick raffle item winners
8. last call and then settle silent auction bids
9. 8pm meeting concludes

Auction Rules:

• fill out a submission form for each item
• donate $1 for each lot whose opening bid starts above $3
• donate nothing for each lot opening below $3
• during bidding period, write your name and bid underneath prior bid
• please bid in whole dollar increments
